• 40 % have seen complaints about the school or school decisions on parent messaging groups
• 32 % report excessive or irrelevant messages cluttering the group
• 20 % have seen conflict and arguments between parents in the group
• 19 % have seen incorrect information about school matters
• One in ten( 10 %) have seen personal attacks or abuse against school staff
• Two thirds( 67 %) have seen people sharing useful information about school
• 51 % have seen useful information for PTA events
• 46 % have seen parents supporting each other
• 35 % have seen parents sharing information about education / home learning
