Happiness at school

School life
There are two million unhappy children in our classrooms, according to parents, who say this is because they are bored by lessons, struggle to make friends or feel socially isolated.
While 900,000 children find lessons boring, children from poorer households and those with special educational needs are less likely to be happy at school.
Being unhappy at school doubles when children move from primary to secondary school.
